Kevin Bradley, Esq.

Co-Founder | CEO

Kevin Bradley is one of the founders of Tower Title, with nearly 15 years of experience handling complex real estate transactions. A contracts and real estate attorney by trade, he has worked exclusively on commercial real estate deals for the past ten years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with wife, Jill, and three children, as well as coaching his children’s sports teams.

Jeffrey LeBlanc

Co-Founder | President

Over his 15-year career, Jeff has spent time in a variety of roles within the national title insurance industry, with a primary focus on leading operations. Jeff has an extensive background in building strong and successful operational teams for title and closing, capital markets, and commercial title services. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kady, and their dog, while maintaining a presence within his hometown’s baseball program.

Lorelei Silvia

COO

Prior to entering the title industry, Lorelei practiced as a Bankruptcy attorney, representing debtors in a variety of bankruptcy proceedings. Since transitioning into the real estate industry 8 years ago, Lorelei has focused primarily on navigating complex commercial transactions, with a heavy emphasis on the telecommunications sector. Outside of work, Lorelei spends her time with her husband and son, along with their dog, Rosie.

Amy Watkins

VP, Business Development | Texas Escrow Officer

Amy has 10 years of experience in the title industry, specializing in commercial leasehold/easement interests, securitizations, and bulk transactions. She also recently led the charge in our expansion office, Tower Title of Texas, as Escrow Officer. When not in office, you can find her and her two children and dogs enjoying a beach somewhere.

Kyle Perry

Co-Founder | CTO

Kyle Perry, Co-Founder and CTO at Tower Title, is a technology executive with over 10 years of experience managing all aspects of Information Technology in the title insurance industry. Mr. Perry has led Information Technology operations for both privately-held and publicly-traded companies and, now, has the privilege to lead Information Technology for Tower Title. Outside of work, Kyle relishes the time he spends with his wife, three children and two dogs.

Jordan Gilletti

VP, Client Services

Jordan began her nearly decade-long career in the title industry as an abstractor. Since then, she has held various managerial positions within the industry and currently leads Tower’s day-to-day operations. She has spent the last eight years mastering telecom transactions and helping develop training guides to assist our staff and clients. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.

Phil Dugan

VP, Organizational Effectiveness

Phil has over 10 years of experience in the title industry, focusing on workflow management and process development. Phil specializes in leading efficiency objectives, working closely as a bridge between operations and technology teams to create scalability. Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys at the beach.
